2018 Fall Basketball News
10/8/18:
  • WI City Hoops  White went 0-2 yesterday.  They lost to MN Bulldogs by 10 and played well.  Teigen Ploeckelman had 27 points and shot very well.  In their 2nd game, they lost to Burnsville.  Teigen Ploeckelman led the team in scoring in that game also.
  • WI City Hoops Blue went 2-0.  They beat WI Johnson in their first game.  Chad Kron had 11 points & Teigen Ploeckelman added 9 points.  In their 2nd game they beat Breck.  Chad Kron scored 15 points.
  • WI City Hoops Orange went 0-2 yesterday.  They lost to Benilde St. Margarets by 10.  Owen Schultz scored 21 points.  In their 2nd game, they lost to SMA.  Owen Schultz led the team in scoring again.
10/1/18:
  • WI City Hoops Blue went 2-0 yesterday with a close win in Overtime against Burnsville.  Chad Kron & Tyler Robarge were the scoring leaders.  George Scharlau hit some big shots at the end of regulation and in OT also.  In the 2nd game, they beat SMA by about 20 points.  Tyler Robarge had a big scoring game to lead the team.  
  • WI City Hoops Orange went 0-2 yesterday.  They lost to St. Louis Park in their first game.  Teigen Ploeckelman & Trevor Hammer both shot well and led the team in scoring.  In their 2nd game, they lost to WI Johnson.  Jayden Fitch played well with a lot of rebounds and baskets in the lane in that game. 
  • WI City Hoops White went 0-2 yesterday.  They lost to MN Bulldogs in their first game.  In their 2nd game, they lost a close game to Minnetonka.  Teigen Ploeckelman played well in both games and led the team in scoring.  
9/24/18:
  • WI City Hoops Blue went 2-0 yesterday with a 40-30 win over Benilde St. Margarets.  Chad Kron scored 17 points, Peyton Rogers-Schmidt added 8 and played great individual defense.  In their second game they beat MN Bulldogs 40-39.  Chad Kron scored 14 points & Tyler Robarge added 12.
  • WI City Hoops Orange went 1-1 yesterday.  They beat Benilde St. Margarets 54-49.  Chad Kron led the team in scoring and hit mulitple 3 pointers for the third straight game. Jayden Fitch also played well in both games.  In their 2nd game, they lost to Burnsville.  
  • WI City Hoops White went 0-2 yesterday.  They had a good comeback fall short in a 5 point loss to Eagan and played Burnsville tough in their 2nd game, only trailing by 5 at halftime.  Owen Schultz, Teigen Ploeckelman, Zach Collins & Calvin Mestelle played well in both games.

Fall Basketball Info
  • 2018 Fall Basketball practices / skill work will be starting on September 4, 2018. Practices will be every Tuesday night from 7-9pm at the YMCA.
  • We play 2 games per Sunday in Bloomington, MN for 5 weeks on Sunday afternoons.​
