Basketball Training Information
1 on 1 Basketball TrainingI will do 1 on 1 workouts with children from the age of 13 and up. Workouts will typically last an hour. and concentrate on shooting, ball handling and achieving goals.
I develop a game plan for each individual I work with. The game plan will focus on strengthening weaknesses and building confidence. |
Group Basketball TrainingI will do group workouts with children from the age of 14 and up. Workouts typically last an hour and a half and are offered at a discounted rate from individual rates. These concentrate on shooting, ball handling, defense and competition.

Strength TrainingStrength Training is for kids age 14 and up. These workouts can be paired with basketball training workouts.
